On the ground floor of Haus Grete are two residential units, the holiday apartment and the guest room. Both can be rented together as Haus Grete (or separately). The sophisticated garden terrace is accessible from the ground floor and can be used by our guests. There is a private apartment for our family on the first floor. The garden is not fenced, adjacent to the forest. Wild animals in the garden are common. Our family dog will welcome you!

Haus Grete is a holiday apartment and a separate guest room (only separated by the staircase). Both units are also connected to each other via a spacious terrace in the garden. The holiday apartment consists of a small anteroom, a spacious kitchen with dining table for 4 - 6 people (extendable), a living room with a comfortable sitting area, day bed (single bed) TV, panoramic window and patio door; one bedroom (double bed) with superior bathroom (free-standing bath, shower, toilet, bidet, washbasin). The separate walk-in guest room (double bed & fold-able single bed) , patio door and small bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, induction cooker, oven, pots, pan, hand mixer, cookware, Nespresso capsule machine, dishes and cutlery for 6 people. On the terrace there is a large table, sun chairs, a gas grill and an ornamental fountain.
Pets only upon registration! Please send us a photo, breed and size of the animal! Additional cleaning fee for pets will be charged on site (5 euros per day).
In the neighbourhood are houses, gardens and forest, a bit further down the street are Litschau Castle (private use, no visitors!) and the starting point for the forest nature trail, a popular promenade and the start of several hiking trails.
For day trips, sightseeing in the area and shopping, we recommend using a car. There are regular train & bus connections to Vienna, also with the possibility of taking your bike with you. Bicycle rental, including e-bikes, is possible at the AVIA petrol station: Fam. Sazma http://avia-sazma.at/
